THE WATER CYCLE PROJECTS

The fourth-year students finished their science project called The water cycle.

First we painted the water, sky, and land with paint.

Then we added paper and clay to the sun and water.

Also we formed clouds out of cotton.

Finally we wrote on a paper the four main stages of the water cycle.

This activity acted as a visual to help students understand the main stages of the water cycle: how water evaporates from the surface of the earth, rises into the atmosphere, cools and condenses into rain or snow in clouds, and falls again to the surface as precipitation. The water falling on land collects in rivers and lakes, soil, and porous layers of rock; and much of it flows back into the oceans where it will once more evaporate.

 And this is our project!

WARM AND COOL COLORS

Warm colors such as red, yellow, and orange make an artwork feel more active, while cool colors such as blue, green, and purple add a calm and peaceful feeling to a picture. In this lesson students will learn about the  differences between warm and cool colors by creating a piece that contains  colors from each category.
